Terms and conditions.

 

1. Preamble

These Terms and Conditions regulate the use of the online shop www.debosc.com (“the shop”, “DEBOSC”, “we”) and establish the rights and obligations of the customers (“the customers”, “you”) and of DEBOSC.

The purchases made through the shop DEBOSC entail the complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which DEBOSC has the right to adapt or modify. In case of modifications, the Terms and Conditions in effect on the day of the purchase will be applied.

DEBOSC belongs to Maria Teresa Roura, NIF 40306057Y and residency in C/ Josep Fontbernat 7, 17160 Anglès (Girona). For doubts, questions or suggestions, please contact us by e-mail at info@debosc.com.

These general selling conditions are applied strictly to all product sales made in Spain (except for the Canaries, Ceuta and Melilla), Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Austria, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Andorra, San Marino, Vatican City, Switzerland, the Tcheque Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Denmark, Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Hungary, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Romania, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, and Portugal. 2. Orders

The purchase process through the DEBOSC shop is quick, safe and extremely easy:

a. Choose the desired product and carefully read its description.

b. If necessary, choose the colour, the wood or the material of the product you wish to purchase.

c. Indicate the quantity of items you want to buy and add them to the basket by clicking on BUY.

d. The product will be automatically added to the basket, where you will see the quantity and the price of the products chosen. Prices are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT.

e. Click CHECKOUT.

f. Provide your email address so we can send you a notification when we receive and ship out the order, as well as all necessary information necessary for the shipping (name, address, postal code, country, town, and contact phone number for the shipping agency). Once this is done, the total amount due, including VAT and shipping costs, will be updated.

g. Add your card number and all necessary payment information (expiry date, control number, etc.). 

h. Click PURCHASE.

i. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact us at info@debosc.com.

j. Once the order is placed, should you wish to make any changes, please contact us at info@debosc.com.

k. When the order has been prepared and sent, you will receive a second email with a tracking number.


3. Products

The products by DEBOSC are handmade and prepared one by one. The products offered on the DEBOSC shop stand as long as there is availability. We have the right to modify the stocking of products that are offered through the shop, and to interrupt the access to the shop at any point and without previous notice.

If we are unable to ship a product quickly, whether it is because there is a shortage of stock or because of other circumstances, we will let you know right away. You will then be able to decide whether to go ahead with your order or to cancel it. If you cancel your order, we will reimburse you.

The pictures and descriptions of the products available for purchase on the shop are approximate and do not compromise DEBOSC in any way.


4. Shipping

Shipments are made within a maximum of 3 working days from the day the order is placed.

The products purchased will be delivered directly to the address indicated during the placement of the order through a courier company. Delivery to the Iberian Peninsula (Spain and Portugal), the Balearic Islands or Andorra takes between 24 and 72 hours. Delivery to all other destinations takes from 4 to 10 days.

The shipping costs are indicated during the purchase process. For reference, they are:

– Spain: FREE. Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla will be done through Correos, and thus delivery will take longer.  

– All other destinations: from € 5 to € 13 per shipping, depending on the country. The exact amount will always be shown during the purchase process and before payment.

If you wish to use a different shipping method or to place an order to a different country or region, please contact us at info@debosc.com and we will try to find a solution.

An order is considered completed when the product is delivered. Should you notice any anomalies in the products, please let us know by email at info@debosc.com.


5. Prices

The prices that appear on the DEBOSC shop are in euros (€) and include VAT, and are in effect except in the case of typographical errors. DEBOSC has the right to modify prices without previous notice.


6. Payment methods

Purchases made at DEBOSC can be paid through Stripe using Visa, Master Card or American Express credit or debit cards. 


7. Return and cancellation policy

Product return:

In compliance with the laws in effect, you may return any item purchased at DEBOSC within 14 natural days from the date of reception. You may return any DEBOSC article in the original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition without further explanation.

Before returning any item, please let us know at info@debosc.com. If a product is returned because of a defect or a mistake in the order on our side, DEBOSC will take care of the shipping costs of the return and, if that is the case, the new delivery. If a product is returned because you are not convinced, we will reimburse the amount paid for the product but we will not take on the delivery or return charges.

DEBOSC will reimburse the payment for any returned items within 7 days of its reception.

Order cancellations:

To cancel an order, please contact us at info@debosc.com.

If the cancellation is made before the order is shipped, you will be reimbursed the total amount payed. If the order is cancelled when it has already been shipped, we will reimburse the price of the product but you will need to take care of the shipping and the return costs.
